went shopping last night.
We were looking for some casual wears at XYZ Fashion House and served by a pretty looking girl. Feeling great to be served by a beauty? Apparently not for me!
That girl showed her shit face while serving us, looked like I owed her one million dollars!
I just didn’t understand what was happing to her! When I requested for my size, she looked like very reluctant to find it for me!
Shit! she really pissed me off. Fine, very good, dammit, why I should buy from you, I mean with that kind of poor customer service!
So, I stopped browsing around and showed my black face too while waiting for Donkey!
Donkey bought a T-shirt at last. Surprisingly, Donkey even said Thank You to that blardy girl! *Smack my head*
With thousand question marks in my mind, I questioned donkey.
: Why you still can say thank you to that shit face?
: What shit face?
: Neh, that lady? (Pointing to the lady secretly)
: Oooo… Why can not?
: Very bad customer service!
: I enjoy shopping together with you….
She paused for a while and smiled to me,
: Why should I let her spoiling my mood!
: ……. (Speechless)
At that moment, I felt like seeing a shiny circle on her head, OMG, St. Donkey!!!!
Maybe I should try to improve my EQ! I shouldn’t let others affect my emotion so easily! I will try to learn, but I know it’s pretty hard!!!!!

I used to be like that, but now as soon as I detect a rude sales person, I’m out of the door. Also because I married a saint who’s EQ is beyonh humanly possible. Heh.

Let me share this incident with you. I was searching for a gown for my school prom night in year 2001. I went to a shop in Sunway Pyramid located on the left side of COLOURS (COLOURS is a name of my fav shop). I went in, searched for something, and caught my eye in a RM800 gown. Having my mother’s ‘plastic’ (credit card) with me, I was more in love with that gown and took it to try. I brought to the fitting room and that idiotic MALAY sales lady took it back without asking me and said as she walked off, “This is very expensive you better not try” I was FREAKIN MAD because she looked down on me. As I walked through the shop to head out I voiced out loudly saying, “I don’t want to buy anything from here with my credit card! The service is PATHETIC” while the rest of the customers looked and listen.
In the end I found an even MORE BEAUTIFUL GOWN in COLOURS worth only RM650! The only thing I regretted is not calling the management to complain about this malay lady’s attitude to customers!
Till now I NEVER walk into this shop located on the left side of COLOURS in Sunway Pyramid mall! Soon I’ll take a picture and post it in my blog and explain my incident so everyone knows not to mess with me when I’m shopping!
Me also, if got that kind of service, I won’t even look into it anymore. Yes, shall post it, so we will never go to that shop!
Which XYZ Fashion House? Toledo izit? Which girl? Tell me! I’ll have her sacked! Usually I just say loud loud, “Screw the service in this shop! Bin si beh chao eh zha boh! Kana lang kiam e lui!”

OMG! I would have just walked right out!! But then they always serve my hubby with a smile, never me thou! NO service for me until they see my husband! WHAT THE ****! I normally just walk right out if that happens, which is quite often!

I encounter that kind of service b4 too. Most of the time is I won’t buy anything from that shop. They just lost their biz bcos of a poor service assistance….

i am more direct. i go to the management and ask why i shud give her my money for such lousy service. Mrs BB scolded me but that is what is happening in some shops in Sibu. I always dress well too. Mrs n I usually dress presentable. Imagine how they treat others who may occasionally not be well dressed
yesterday, we bought about Rm300 worth of stuff for benghui at market rd. lousy service n poor choice of words from sales..we told the manager we changed our minds and walked out. as if we hav nothing better to do than just walk around their shops. problem is some stuff not the bosses themselves

It is nothing to do with EQ low or high? We, as customers do not deserved to be treated like this. We need to make our voice heard. For me, I will be more than willing to pay extra bucks if the service satisfies me!
