To get a job, you sit for the interview. To get promoted, you may sit for a promotion interview. The interview is a tool to assess a potential employee to fill certain post. If you’re employee, I’m pretty sure you remember the ‘taste’ of the interview.

Job Interview: Chicken & Egg Restaurant
Boss: Chicken and egg, which one comes first?
A: Egg
B: Chicken because you mention it first!
C: Customer orders chicken then chicken comes first and vice versa!

Boss: How many seasons in a year?

for job interview : i’ll say it’s arguable.
for promotion interview : i’ll pick B haha, creative answer!
