Hopping Frogs
Today, I would like to share you a story of hopping frogs.
Why are these frogs croaking?
You might think that these frogs are croaking too much!
But the truth is they are not happy with their current environment!
When they are not happy, they will definitely make a ‘jump’, hopping for better environment!
For me, working life is resemble to hopping frog. There is always people want to hop and hope for better prospect especially when you’re not satisfy with your current working environment. I call it ‘Katak Culture’. Trust me, this so called ‘Katak Culture’ is happening everywhere. You and me could be part of it as well. Well, cursing and complaining are not the cure. Frankly, if you feel that it is the right time to take a step forward and make a change in your life, just do it! Who knows, better tomorrow is awaiting for you! Cross fingers and hope for the best! 
I dedicate this post to my five colleagues who resigned recently, all the best to your guys!
I wonder who will be the next to leave……… sigh………

Sometimes when one hop doesn’t necessary means it’s a better offer. I had a few friends who hopped into a new place, but ended wishing they didn’t hop in the first place
