I had a long chit chat with my friend last night! Here is the ‘simplified’ story she told me about her KNS boss.
She said:
Can you believe or not, we get a memo like this!
Huh! Don’t you understand what he’s trying to tell us?
For him, we as a normal staff, that’s what he calls us, are all dump!
For us, he’s just a power-hungry fella, you know, hierarchical bastards sitting in his blardy ivory towers thinking he’s the king of the jungle.
Whatever he does, he thinks he’s right. You know what he’s trying to show us? “I’m higher on the organizational chart. That means I’m better than you. Obey me.” SHIT!
If he’s a good leader with right decision making, I’m fine with it. But KNS, most of time the decisions are unacceptable! I tell you, he never ever really makes a wise decision!
When something fails, he never takes responsibility. He blames us! OMG, we work so hard according to his brilliant ideas, but what we get at the end, nothing, not even thank you but most of time FXXK you!
And one more thing, he asks us questions but never listens to us. Then, what’s the point. If you try to be smart, ask very good questions that he couldn’t answer, I tell you he will somehow find some way to ‘screw’ you up!

However, not all bosses like KNS boss, an egotistical meanie, some bosses are really good! Your boss good or not?

Waa this kind of boss also got. I will tell your friend to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING and don’t do anything without black and white. Must protect yourself with this kind of boss.
No use lah, KNS got a very strong ‘back stage’. his mother is so n so….!!! So my friend just walked away and clear her painful memory in that KNS company! I know she will be fine!

I have worked under few bosses, from a drunker to yes ok . So far, I still like the yes ok boss. Can get what I want with no questions asked. But if there are, you need to be good in acting.
