Time to meet
I’m expecting to meet some ‘virtual’ friends soon and perhaps making some new ones as well. All the while we rely on virtual conversations on MSN and exchange some comments on our blogs. Same questions start to play in my mind, wondering how you guys look like. I believe you want to know how monkey looks like too, don’t you? I assure you will see the most handsome monkey ever in your life. Wakakaka *Evil laugh* Ok, I confess I want to vomit too when I write this sentence. I start to worry how we gonna start our conversation, will it be as ‘interesting’ as online chats. And in what language we suppose to talk. English? Engrish? Mandarin? Malay? Iban? Japanese? (Ok, I forget about I can speak neither Iban nor Japanese). Do we need to bring our laptops to make us fell more comfortable like this?
Ok, I know I think too much.

i said the same thing when i met up my RO friends last time. it was kind of awkward so i said the same thing as you typed. “do we need to bring our laptops so we can talk more comfortably”
that was an ice breaker then. after that i met more virtual friends, thank God all were good: D: D so far. laughs.
I think that’s the problem to ‘transform’ virtual friendship to real world one, haha… glad that u come thru it, I hope i will!

I used to meet up with virtual friends as well when i was still in college la.., most of them still keep in touch till now..
but now not meeting anymore lar.. too old for this… hehe..

actually i find the part abt not having as much motivation to meet online frens as we grow older very true. so better get to meet more frens when we’re still young. we’re only young once, after all.
