Brainstorming or “Brain-Clouding”

Brainstorming could be a very effective group creativity technique to generate a large number of ideas for problems solving. However, it does depend on who chairs the brainstorming session. We doubt about its effectiveness if even the chairman himself don’t know what the main problem is. I heard some colleagues said:

“Ahem…Mr Bullshit Chairman, could you please stop calling for such stupid meeting (and you call it brainstorming?!)!”

“He’s not solving the problem but creating more problems!”

“Everybody knows he’s the main problem and yet he don’t admit it!”

Yeah right. Stop “brain-clouding” us. Thank you very much!
