Fear of Needle
I hate it but I know I can’t escape this time! Have a look at my body check-up report.
I have neither Hepatitis A or B antibody! So I asked Dr. XXX:
MW: How many injections I need?
DR: 5!
MW: What? 5 times!
DR: Yup, 2 for Hepatitis A and 3 for Hepatitis B!
MW: Can “discount” onot?
DR: Huh?
MW: I mean can I have just one injection?
DR: No way! At least three times! You can have A and B together!
MW: How?
DR: Take one first. Then one after a month and followed by another one after six months!
MW: IC. Well, I do it next time! (Thinking to escape!)
Donkey: Do it now!!!!
MW: … (Shit!)
Okay, very good! I think I have to withdraw all my paypal money! One injection costs me RM150, some more I got to have 3!
Not only that, my Lipid Profile doesn’t look good either!
Advice from DR, “Do more exercise, mouse clicking and keyboard typing is not classified as exercise!” KNS, how do he knew I do that most of my time! Well, when you rush for due date, where got time to exercise! Anyway, to sustain and improve health I shall find some times to do more exercise (I don’t wanna die young!). Making love Jogging is perhaps good for me. All right, see you guys when I want to can see you again!

I always look away when having my shots, but one time I decided to look anyway~~ Well, it wasn’t so bad, quick only, but still, I didn’t like it.

I hate injection also la… Always close my eyes tight tight when needle is near 
Perhaps, u got immunisation already, but not enough so just need one for booster

the jabs r necessary. consider joining a gym. i know u dont like but once u r into it, u will feel great n healthy. dont look at fat me as an example though
