Finally, PayPal said…

Hanging

I wanted to hang myself after I got this email from PayPal:

Dear Monkey Wong,

We’re sorry, but your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this time. We need more information about your account before we can restore full access to your account. Please complete the steps below so that we may review your account further:

- Based on a review of your account and the information received, we show that you have recently change your password and security questions not in Malaysia where your registered address appears but in another country/region. Please provide proof of explanation.

PayPal asked me to change password and security questions in their previous email and now they caught me because I was not in Malaysia! :suprised: I swear to my banana, I never leave Malaysia recently. How could I change my password and security questions in elsewhere? OMG, what kind of proof should I furnish them? :doubt: The only reason I can think of is Internet Service Provider. I’m using deConneXion recently, a free WiFi service which read my IP address in other country. So I just wrote to them and told them about how good and fast deConneXion is the free deConneXion WiFi service that I use. At the same time I changed my password and security questions again by switching back to TM Turtle Streamyx which definitely will show IP address in Malaysia. I hoped I was not wrong with my assumption and I crossed my fingers again.:praying:

Just a day after I emailed to them, I got an email from PayPal stated:

Dear Monkey Wong,

Our review is complete and we have restored your account.

We appreciate your patience and thank you for your help in making PayPal the safest and most trusted online payment solution.

I couldn’t explain how I felt at the moment I read the email. I smiled like a cat!

My money is back to me! :hehe: I love you, PayPal!
