All the while I respect X & Y. I don’t want to know about their dirty secret! But, it’s just happen that I know.
Kinda freak out when I find out the one being mentioned in the conversation above is me! No wonder I do all the donkey works till half die I still get all the blame by the end of the day! :angry:

I think most of the people are facing the similar things too. For me, I think it depends on how the reporting line. Some companies, they can only report to their team leader and the team leader will report to manager. You do not know what will happen in between.. Some companies, MD or manager will directly come to you for work status.
Couldn’t more than agree, the boss always refers to managers and never knows what’s going on “down here”. And managers not necessary will report based on the fact but rather thinking of their own positions…
