i dont understand how to put money in the account..u mean normal top up? like top up online around RM40 so then they will deduct RM33? tq for your clear explanantion though

U can call tha maxis service up ,1300820120. Ask them to renew your 365 package for you. renwel fee is about RM33. U need to wait for sometime for the action. I did last Friday and still don’t know that I will get it renewed. May let you sknow soon.

For *100# is not working, when it ask for press 1 to subscribe. There only have
0 back
00 back to main menu, if I press 1, it will show invalid option.
