Simple Meal - Yee Mee Soup

I enjoy watching Beijing Olympics since day one. So, I don’t want to spend too much time preparing my dinner. That’s why I decided to cook myself a simple but yet nutritious meal – Yee Mee Soup last night.

Yee Mee Ingredients

Ingredients - Yee Mee with fish balls, crab sticks, vegetable and egg.

What!? You mean you can’t find yee mee in Sibu? How come? Because of low demand? Or no supplier?

If got demand, then this looks like a good business opportunity!

Err… Perhaps you should replace the meat ball and crab stick with other kind of fresh meat… I don’t take “processed food” so much if I cook for myself~
