Stepping Stone

Cartoon - Stepping Stone

There is an old saying that the ladder of success is best climbed by stepping on the rungs of opportunity. As a matter of fact, the ladder of success in corporate world is best climbed by stepping on ‘the other people head’ through backstabbing and so forth. Some people ‘stab’ and step on others, whereas some people are being ‘stabbed’ and stepped! Unfortunately, I belong to the latter group.
Which group do you belong to?

I saw this situation very obviously in my current company. It is MNC company. Everyone wants to protect their benefits and back stab people. This is very cruel but normal. Sigh… :(
