My Precious One
People often ask me, “What’s the difference between couplehood and babyhood?” In a word, moisture. Everything in my life is now more moist. Between your spittle, your diapers, your spit-up and drool, you got your baby food, your wipes, your formula, your leaky bottles, sweaty baby backs, and numerous other untraceable sources – all creating an ever-present moistness in my life, which heretofore was mainly dry.
Kimberly is my sunshine and moonbeams and more brightening my world as never before.
The way she smiles to me makes me feel like falling in love again!
Maybe she’s thinking: Why my daddy looks like monkey?
Well, I think she doesn’t mind!
Is she pointing to herself trying to say: I’m adorable, isn’t it?
I think she’s thinking: Daddy, shall we go for shopping now? Or else I will cry out loud!
Having a baby is one of the most magical moments of my life. Even it practically turns my world upside down. I enjoy it!
