England failed to qualify for Euro 2008 as they lost 3-2 to Croatia at Wembley. The result, coupled with Russia’s 1-0 win in Andorra, means England will only be spectators for next summer’s European Championship. In fact, the defeat ensured England has failed to reach the finals of a major international tournament for the first time since the 1994 World Cup. As a result, the future of under-fire England manager Steve McClaren is indeed in doubt! If he “steps down”, who will be the next England Manager?

Liverpool kicked Chelsea out of the UEFA Champions League final again. Unlike two years ago, Reds had to fight till penalties moment. 4-1won on penalties at Anfield thanks to Rena, you again proved to be best goalkeeper around. I like the way Rafa Benitez reacted to the penalties taking moment, he sat on the floor, as usual, cool and steady. I salute you, what a great manager! Do bring back the trophy from Athens in final!

By bye PSV Eindhoven. Chelsea now awaits Liverpool, my favourite team in semi-final of this year UEFA Champions League. Now, you know why I don’t like the blue colour cause I’m truly, madly the RED. Chelsea, don’t you still remember how Liverpool eliminated you two years ago, and went on to won the Champion in a miracle comeback at Istanbul.
Liverpool vs Chealse, just bring it on and feel the blue pain!

I just can’t believe this, one, two, three and four, I thought that’s it. But, I’m damn wrong, five, six and seven, OMG, is this a charity show or what, come on, this is UEFA Champion League, it shouldn’t happen. Unbelievable result, Manchester United won 7-1 against Roma in last night quarter final. Cristiano Ronaldo, you are truly devil. Sir Alex Ferguson, you really got the right man.

At the other hand, I thought Chelsea gonna lose (Chelsea fans kill me not, ), what? I’m wrong again, Chelsea defeat Valencia 2-1 and claim a place in the semi-finals. What the monkey, Chelsea did it at last minute again, Michael Essien’s 90th minute strike blown Velencia away. I just couldn’t remember how many times Chelsea rescues themselves in such a critical moment.

Last night definitely is an England night. Hopefully Liverpool would protect their 3-0 lead in Anfield tonight. I support you from the bottom of my heart, do win the Champions League this season.

I’m not surprise that Fernando Alonso won in this year Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang.
What amazed me is his team mate, the 22-year-old Lewis Hamilton, won third in Australian Grand Prix and claimed the second place in Sepang. This guy for me seems to be popping out from nowhere, but he grabs my attention superbly. I like the way he reacted at the final few laps, cool and steady, especially when Kimi Raikkonen put tremendous pressure right after him.

What I can say, Hamilton is born to be F1 star, Hamilton you rocks!

Easter is the Sunday of the Resurrection or what we called a Resurrection Day Jesus Christ.

For Malaysian and F1 lovers, today is the day to go to The Sepang F1 International Circuit. Do what? Come on, of course is Formula One Malaysian Grand Prix.

Okay, I’m not going there, it’s at the other side of South East China Sea. But no worries, I just have to prepare some drink and food, on my Astro Start Sport Channel, and enjoy the speed. Okay, the race will start sometime at 3pm. Kimi Raikkonen, time shows you true colour.

For our beloved Youth and Sports Minister, Azalina Othman, just relax, don’t worry about the Singapore who keen to propose a exciting night race, more important is how good are Malaysia in organizing a successful F1 race. Cheers!
